FAQ Below are the answers to frequently asked questions on optivo® listexpress.
- Is email list broking equally suitable for all sectors?
If you operate in the B2C field, and therefore sell your goods or services to end consumers, you can choose from hundreds of address lists. Suitable data material exists for every target group. On the other hand, the choice in the B2B area is much smaller. - In what format are the recipients' addresses available to us?
Unlike with classic list broking, the email addresses used are not transferred directly to you. Only the list owners themselves are allowed to contact the recipients. Your advertising mail is therefore sent via the systems and in the list owner's name. - Which email formats can be used?
All list owner offer the facility to broadcast text emails. Most of them also support HTML emails. Ideally your emails are broadcast in multipart format, i.e. in both text and HTML versions. Before mails are broadcast, we agree on what facilities the individual list owners have, so you can choose which lists are an option for you. - What is the legal position? We thought we could only mail people whose active consent we had obtained.
It is for this reason that mails are sent in the name of the list owner, which has obtained from each of its recipients permission to send third-party advertising mails. Your messages are sent as a quasi recommendation of the list owners. - How come your service is free of charge for us?
We receive an agency commission from the companies whose lists are included in your campaigns, so we can provide our service at no extra charge. - Is there a price list for optivo® listexpress?
Campaign costs depend on the lists used and the target group criteria. If you are interested, we would be happy to give you an exact quote.
